        They're crooks! DO NOT TRUST THEM!!

        My friend paid her bill a couple of days late and although they hadn’t cut her water off they waited until the day after she paid it to shut it off! Knowing that they still cut it off and then charged her a 75.00 reconnect fee and if that’s not bad enough they wouldn’t turn her water back on because someone that was hearing everything and knowing her daughter has autism cut the lock off and so now they are trying to charge her 570 to remove some invisible poles!!!! I am outraged at how they can do this and get away with it 😡😡😡😡😡 oh and if that’s not bad enough we have been under a heat advisory since before they cut off her water
