        They want to charge me for faulty equipment. After reporting the malfunction and sending it back immediately, they said I was still being charged because I didn't call the service department for help. Why would anyone want to pay for nothing? So, they lose a customer of 4 years but they're big enough to not care.

        I did business with them for years work wit a great sales men then i had this new equipment engineer so call wow uneducated on what types of gear they rent i ask for fiber tester but he send me antenna sweep gear ask to speak to management witched i was transfer but after farer review he find that i was still at fault so i paid 2 months of gear that i never used once lol. I will NEVER used them again il go to other most reliable companies out there do your research before you rent from them.
