Dr. Dolan is absolutely wonderful! Ive been dreading and procrastinating making a mole check appointment for years. Today was my first appointment with Dr. Dolan and she was awesome and made me feel very comfortable. I have a follow up appointment in 3 months and Im not dreading it because I had such a good experience. Everyone I encountered at the office was very nice and professional.

The staff at White Rock Dermatology were very curt, bordering on rudeness. I had a cluster of small resistant growths on my forehead & was told thats nothing by a nurse, after barely a glance. The next thing I knew I was billed for $60 and hustled out the door. I was never introduced to a dermatologist. The nurse never identified herself. Cant recommend.

Had an appointment. Never saw Doctor Dolan. The assistant that takes you to the room was as far as I got. She told me the procedure I was there for is considered Cosmetic and Insurance doesnt pay for this. She also told me the Doctor would NOT See me or Treat me unless they are Bleeding or Inflamed. I told the assistant that they were inflamed, but it didnt matter. She told me I should probably go back to my primary doctor. I have never been treated like this from a dermatologist office that I didnt even get to see the doctor. You can make your own decisions, but I will Never Ever come back to this place, and I am contacting my Insurance to let them know to NOT pay if they file a claim. White Rock Dermatology in Dallas, Texas. Today is Thursday, February 9, 2023. My problem was for Seborrheic Keratosis.
