The recent reviews are accurate. They did not provide prescription refill to my pharmacy, but even worse I was unable to get a hold of them for weeks to have them provide the refill information. No one returns calls. Dr Menter was great but their office staff are terrible.

the receptionsit was very friendly ..I was directed to an exam room ..where I waited about 30 minutes and then I asked the assistant How long would it be because I had to get school bus at 3. the time was not the big issue ..the big issue was the filthy sink and an open container with 2 long wooden q tips sticking out . But the sink worried me as to the cleanileness of the tools used in the facility. the office and space looked very clean . but that sink worried me as I sat in that room .I would say be very careful about using this place for your skin issues. the receptionsit was very friendly ..I was directed to an exam room ..where I waited about 30 minutes and then I asked the assistant How long would it be because I had to get school bus at 3. the time was not the big issue ..the big issue More

Go somewhere else, anywhere, but here!! I have been seeing Dr. Menter since 2005. A couple of years ago I started seeing Dr. K - who is also wonderful. Now that the practice has been sold no one answers the phone, it took from Monday morning until Friday afternoon to get an Rx refill - that all of the refills should have been updated when I was there in June, no one responds to email in the patient portal, when you call to make appt you get answering service and you wait 3 days for someone to call you back to make the appt, good luck leaving a message with the doctor's nurse - either it sends you to a no longer practicing doctor or no one ever returns the call. I guess according to their new business model, Dr. K is only allowed to spend approx. 3.5 minutes with you before he races out of the room to the next patient. They used to have a computer in each exam room and you would update the nurse/tech about any Rx refills, but when I came for my annual in June, the computer was gone and the nurse/tech came in the room with a little handheld computer that had ZERO information or history about me - as they are now using a new system, so it was like I didn't exist until this summer even though I have been going there for 15 years. I have a terrible skin issue now but would have to wait at least a 6 weeks to see Dr. K - as all other doctors have quit and I just cannot deal with this practice any longer. The wheels have completely fallen off. Go somewhere else, anywhere, but here!! I have been seeing Dr. Menter since 2005. A couple of years ago I started seeing Dr. K - who is also wonderful.
