Absolutely horrible experience. I wouldn't step foot back in any of their offices again as long as I live. I had teeth extracted 2 days ago and got an infection as a result. I came to this dentist today for treatment. The dentist was extremely short and seemed less than knowledgeable from the beginning. She had to call other Dr's to see how to treat me. Then with no other solution said she would treat me for a dry socket with a paste, she began to put the paste in my mouth and I winced. At this point she asked me to leave and refused to help me due to my level of pain. But, THAT'S what I was there for in the first place. I never once said stop or complained that she pain was too much. She just took it upon herself to assume my pain threshold and refused to treat me. Afterwards she was just extremely rude, and would not explain anything simply referred me to someone else. The office manager was the only person even willing to help me In the slightest. I'm not on Medicaid, I have awesome private insurance and could have afforded what ever treatment they deemed necessary instead I was treated like a piece of garbage sent home at 4pm with no antibiotics, nothing for pain, absolutely nothing except being told I had some kind d of infection and they couldn't help me. Do not go here, unless you particularly enjoy being treated like a meaningless piece of trash!
