Unfortunately i have been calling every month for almost 2 years. I paid for 2 crowns cash and never received them and get the ultimate run around whenever i call over $1000 just gone with nothing to show

On August 28, 2018 around 10:00 AM I had visit location Jefferson dental located 14034 Nacogdoches Rd ,San Antonio, TX 78247 In regards to a tooth needs to be pulled I seen the doctor name DR. ALIAKSANDR DOLBIK DDS # 34061 around 1 oclock at that location the doctor had pull my tooth in the middle of the procedure he was switching and handling different customers I was very uncomfortable because I do not think the doctor had any experience of what he was doing once he had pulled my tooth he told me to follow up with him within three weeks before the three weeks on August 21 I feel pain in my tooth and went back to the doctor and without giving me any consent or any information he apply Anastasia on my tooth gums When he was applying the anesthesia he did not numb my gums or anything when the Anastasia went into my gums I had almost vomit the doctor stated dont worry everythings OK when he applied the second Anastasia into my tooth I started vomiting I threw up and immediately asked for a manager Rose At that time I explained my concern to the manager Rose and the manager advised me to contact the area manager the doctor came out and then stated to me oh I will not charge you anything let me help you at that time I was very uncomfortable to get any services from them the doctor damage my gums and try to get more services as I would really appreciate if you could please look into this matter and call me if you have any questions Thank you for your time and your help you have a blessed day Sincerely, Syed

They lack transparency. Their price might be low but their customer service, time to do a service is really way not fair. Their dentist jumps to 10 different patients in 1 hour just because what Sabrina said, oh they are public facility. Even if you are a public facility, do what is ethical. Value our time too!!!

I visited the Stockyards office in Fort Worth, Texas today. I was scheduled for several procedures. I was asked to sign a paper. On the paper was a type of crown I informed Lydia that I did not want. I spoke with Lydia to verify our conversation. Lydia stated I DID NOT state I didnt want this crown. She argued with me. I left. I will NOT be returning. This office needs to train their employees on customer service.

They will bill your insurance without you receiving services. The will cancel you orthodontist service without informing you. And require you to start treatment over again.
