Dr. Alhadef's and staff's professionalism and expertise were immediately evident, as his staff not only conducted a thorough and meticulous cleaning but also took the time to explain each step with clarity and patience. The entire experience was marked by a welcoming atmosphere, cutting-edge facilities, and a genuine commitment to patient comfort, making Dr. Alhadef's practice the epitome of exceptional dental care.

I wrote a long review years ago and see it was deleted, so am rewriting it. If I could give No Stars to Dr. Alhadef, I would. I had several appointments with him. 98% of the work done in my mouth he left to his assistants -- who did NOT go to dental school! -- and at the last second he would rush in and drill, drill, drill, putting entirely too much pressure on the drill so he could get the job done quickly -- and then he would dart away from the chair, disappearing into the dark walkway leading to his office, not to appear again -- this after I went to so much trouble hunting down what I thought would be a good dentist in a good part of town, Preston Center area of Dallas. I liked his staff very much, especially his excellent dental hygienist at the time -- a woman named Vivian, I believe. The final day I was there, I almost went screaming out the door! What an awful dentist and God only knows what he was rushing back to his private office for! Finally, let me say that I thought perhaps something was going on in his life but quite some time later heard from someone I had sent to him telling me the same thing. NOTE: YOU WILL SEE BELOW A REBUTTAL by Dr. Alhadef denying that I am writing about him, but I am! That's how bad his service was. His dental hygienist was fabulous, but told me she couldn't see allow me in for cleanings without involving Dr. Alhadef, so I had to find another dentist. No, Dr. Alhadef was a terrible, uncaring dentist, and I wish to memorialize that by this review!
