Alfa Dental

I always put off going to the dentist, but decided to finally go and use Alfa based on my wife's experience. I had to get some serious work done and on the morning of my appointment, an issue came up. I was so impressed that Tracy, the office manager, came in and visited with me and corrected the issue asap. Also Dr. Lee was great to work with and seemed to do excellent work. They all seemed to care and were very professional. Will definitely be seeing them in the future.

Heather and Christine were very rude when I called to make an appointment. I was referred to this business by a friend and was told they were great. I was in need of dental work being done and I'm sure the dentist are great, if I could get passed the 2 scheduling ladies. After dealing with them I’m not sure I even want to spend my money with the company. Really hope they get better front desk employees so that customers get a better experience!

Dr. Lee is hands down the best dentist I’ve ever had! She brings a perfect balance between being professional and personable. Dr. Lee has a wealth of knowledge and is very patient - her experience definitely shows. I’ve had pain in one of my back teeth for a couple of years now, and with one swift treatment, I feel like a million bucks! I have never particularly enjoyed going to see the dentist, but Dr. Lee has a unique ability to make you feel very comfortable while getting treatment done. She is always booked up (which is no surprise), but even when she is slammed, she makes an effort to make you feel like you have her full attention and she’s there to prioritize your questions or any concerns you may have. I highly recommend Dr. Lee if you’re looking for a nice, compassionate and competent dentist! I have nothing but great things to say about the practice. The administrative staff is efficient and easy to deal with and the office manager makes your visit seamless. I will definitely be back in 6 months for my regular cleaning!

Went to Alfa dental before and Dr Kale was amazing but tough to get in to see. I saw dr Lee and she seemed nice but after she messed up my root canal and I went back she told me it wasn’t an infection like the on call dentist told me, but that my bite was off and I didn’t tell her, but that I still should take the antibiotics the other dr prescribed. I did not go back to have the crown put on and went to a different dentist instead and they capped out my insurance fixing everything dr Lee messed up. My son had gone to dr Lee as well and had a few small cavities filled and less then 6 months later one popped out and had to once again pay to have dr Lee’s work redone. The very last straw was when my son went in for a cleaning and Dr Lee never came to do his check up, just forgot about him and left him in the chair for more then 30 minutes but tried to bill my insurance for the exam. Save your time and your money
