Dental Republic

Not sure what they have going on but its not good. Made a new patient appointment over the phone confirmed the location due to it being the location I signed up for via my dental insurance. Get there the day of the appointment only to be told that I need to go to a different location the one off northwest highway. I get there and all they do are X-rays, give us the story about needing deep cleanings and other services and that we need to pay $2500. They refused to do the regular cleaning thats free with the insurance. We decided that due to price we would not be doing anything that day. We get home and both phones are getting calls back to back from the office saying they can give us a discount and for us to pay it over the phone right now because its a one time discount offer. Told them no they could just cancel everything for now and Cristian just hung up the phone. I did speak to my insurance and they stated they shouldnt of sent us to a different location due to that our selected dentist is for Jefferson location.

Apestoso lugar buele feo apesta Y nada es lo que te diseo yo pague por los frenos de mis dos muchachos un solo pago en total a pero para eso ponen a una vieja maligno y chichona cara de caballo y ya que te endulza el huido por cada vicita te salen con cobros extras cosa que no te explican desde un principio y todo el personal mal carcter si les sirve no ballan a ese lugar apestoso

Stay away from this place. Its been six months since they have sent Invisalign and customer service is ignorant and extremely rude. They simply dont deserve your business.

Overcharge. I had finished paying for the treatment and they still wanted to find ways to make me pay for extra things i did not want.

Creo hoy fue un da fatal dise mi hija el doctor de este lugar me la maltratado y estaba muy molesto eso no es forma de tratar Asus clientes .las mujeres de ese lugar las que atienden no fueron nada de consideradas . Mi hija hasta que llegue a casa me cont que el sr doctor la maltrato eso no es correcto
