I have so many complaints I don’t even know where to start. My four-year-old daughter was in this daycare for about two months. Long story short! The daycare instructors are loud and obnoxious to all the kids. Every morning when I was on my way to drop my daughter off I would hear the instructors screaming at the kids before I can even walk through the door good. The facility is not kept up well. The alarm system was broke for over a month just beeping. The toilet in the bathroom was out of order for months. And my daughter was kicked out of the school with no warning in the middle of the week. I had no time to make plans so I can go to work. This Also happened right before school actually started. I had, against my better judgment Enrolled her in The pre- K classes at this location. They kicked her out right before she even started classes. A lot of The reasons they gave me of why they were doing this, none of it made any sense because I know my daughter.

This place doesn’t even deserve one star. The new name is Golden Minds. I went in for a tour on today and there were not one, not two, but three, cop cars sitting in the lot. I guess that they were just waiting for something to happen. I saw this & I just HAD to see how things were being done. The door was locked, which was good. The guide was nice, but a lot of things were wrong about the tour. The tour guide took us into rooms during nap time when children were sleeping. She then went on to tell me that all children are following the same curriculum, no matter the age group. That isn’t right! My 11 month old doesn’t need to learn colors. She went on to say that there is a 4:1 ratio, but that wasn’t observed because the cook was sitting in on the baby room while the caretakers had breaks! I skimmed at 8:1 ratio. There is no thought put into the decor or presentation of the place and it is a bad neighborhood. I would be stressed with my baby being here & wouldn’t be able to work.
