I am beyond frustrated with this program. I have called LITRALLY EVERY DAY since last Friday and have been on hold a minimum of 45 minutes only to be hung up on EVERY TIME. And if you do ever get to speak to a representative, it seems as though everyone tells you something different than the last. But worst of all. Is they tell you to call the main line if you need assistance, but little do they know that it is almost IMPOSSIBLE to ever reach anyone. I am thankful to be a part of the program but the customer service needs an update.
