Travelocity

This happened 2 times in 3 dayss tickets booked for the apps sneaky automated changed my booking flight time without notice for it. So I loss $300 extra fees charged. And I just recently booked 4 tickets from this company booked tickets to sneaky changed my flight time in around 1 hour. Who can tell me how to remedy my flight time without charge any extra fees???? Urgent..,

Avoid booking with Travelocity. I attempted to book a trip and while reviewing the dates of the trip, I noticed I had to schedule a day earlier. So before booking, I changed the date. However, when completing the booking, the changed date did not take affect, so I called a support rep to have it changed. He told me that he could only change it if I cancelled the whole booking. He stated that I would receive a full refund. I had him cancel it and I rebooked online. However, I never received the refund.

BAD experience. Searched for Portland, Texas and got Portland, Oregon... University Place Hotel and Conference Center charged us over $700. We tried to cancel the same day. Of course they accepted the cancellation, but no refund! Now they rebook the same room and make double on us. Avoid Travelocity!

Our experience with Travelocity has been HORRIBLE!! We scheduled a trip to Australia through Travelocity. Unfortunately, before our scheduled travel dates arrived, the Covid19 pandemic was at its height. We called Travelocity well before the travel dates and cancelled the trip. Then, on the very day we were originally scheduled to travel, we received a massage from Travelocity saying we needed to call them if we wished to cancel the trip. This message was received at 4:00 AM on a Saturday. We tried repeatedly throughout the weekend to contact Travelocity, but our calls were unanswered until the following Monday. At that time, we were told we wouldn't receive a refund because we didn't cancel the trip. The fact is however, that we did contact Travelocity to cancel the trip prior to our scheduled travel dates. In addition to this, ALL flights to Australia had been cancelled by the airlines anyway! Over the course of several months we have repeatedly contacted Travelocity. Each time we do this, it takes a long time to actually speak to someone in customer service. We have repeatedly been told that someone will contact us within 10 business days about the refund, but we never hear back from them. On a couple of occasions, we have even been told that one of the tickets has already been refunded to us. This is yet another Lie we have been told by customer service. We have contacted our bank and they have confirmed that no refund from Travelocity has ever been given to us. The customer service is hard to reach. And, when they tell you a problem is resolved, or that someone will contact you, they cannot be trusted. Never use Travelocity!

Please everyone run away from travelocity. I made a reservation for a car rental because it seam like a great deal. When I got my destination, I found out that I could not leave my deposit via debit card credit card only and Travelocity did not refund my money. Their answer to me was the use of a credit card was in the fine print.. If I could give him zero stars, I would. The customer service people are useless, and do not have any understanding when folks are traveling, please do not ever use Travelocity.
