        They make submitting claims extremely confusing. Their web portal is extremely minimal, they only provide links to cigna accounts but you cannot manage claims through that portal, all of which restricts access. If you are in HR, please for the sake of your employees don't use this provider. Edit: I have contacted them as per their response and they are as unhelpful as before I wrote this review. I am being turned down for providers they say they cover.
