        Booked a room for Jan 6-7 back in September 25 & today week before they canceled the reservation. No room available- old Miami trick - cancel the cheaper rates to make room for higher rates.

        Global company with horrid customer service, and they do NOT deliver on promised collections. No invoices were issued as promised, nor 'surepay/recoverpro' service exectuted as promised. Onyx has cost us thousands we will never collect.

        I've tried for 2 months to get in touch with them regarding commission payment owed to me and I have yet to be able to speak with anyone! I've called 10x and emailed at least 5. It's ridiculous.
