        Called their customer service line and Erica was very rude and continued to talk over me. I pay each month and very appreciative for Dr. Touchstone, however this rep needs more guidance on how to listen more and how to be respectful. Sometimes people will return your energy and with not so nice words. Hope you do better on your next call.

        My husband had a CT scan yesterday at the Bedford location. He was having the scan for persistent vomiting. He is 81 years old. Belinda was the technician caring for him. She was was so kind, considerate and caring during his test. She took every precaution to keep him from aspirating while on the table. This Envision location has the best employees ever - from the front desk to the test areas! Belinda is a very special caring person and I would like for her to be recognized for her work with my husband. Thank you Belinda & Envision. Pam Lynch Bedford, Texas
