        Booked a flight from Houston and Dallas for 8:30am on April 5th. Got a cancellation on the slight and rescheduled me for 12:30pm. All my meetings are at 10am to 12noon so I can not make the new flight. Asked for a full refund and after 4 emails of asking them, they said they had my email buried until my 4th email which I threaten them with bad reviews, BBB report and credit card dispute. After the 4th attempt, they gave me 50% of the money back to my credit card and gave me 50% credit because the 2nd part of the flight was not cancelled. I told them I can not fly the 1st leg because you guys changed it so how can I make the second leg when I am driving now and not flying. They have no response. This is the worse customer service I have experienced! Don't use the company for any reason. Not worth it!!
