Chewy is the Best company I've ever done business with! Not only did they refund the cat items from my latest autoship and said to donate them rather than return them, they sent these beautiful flowers when my cat Laurie Belle passed!! I cannot recommend them highly enough!!!

I always purchased pet prescriptions and medications from Chewy. They make ordering and getting a prescription from the vet an easy and hastle free process. Devastatingly l had to have my best friend and beautiful companion put to sleep two days before the latest order arrived. I emailed chewy to ask if I could send the medication back. They refunded me the money immediately. No question asked. Thank you chewy for making a very difficult and sad time less stressful. I will donate this and other left over unopened medications I have to the animal shelter.

I love ordering from Chewys! We always get our order within 2 days and if I have a problem they handle it without trying to push you off to someone else or a different department. I've never been disappointed with their customer service!
