When you pay for the Large coffee. THEY DO NOT DO THE DISCOUNT IN THE SYSTEM offered by 7ELEVEN. They are missing the promotions.

The worker walking around the store immediately very aggressively tried to help us the second we stepped into an area telling us things we could either see ourselves or didn't need to know. As we tried to look around and see what was available or that we wanted he continued to tell us things we didn't ask. After I had gotten what I needed he immediately pointed Right In Front Of My face and loudly told me where the lids were (right in front of my face and I had already looked exactly at them when he pointed) and I tried to tell him that wasn't what I was looking for and he repeated that that was were they were. I said again, that's NOT what I wanted and he finally backed off, but continued badgering my partner repeating things and not letting him look at anything without explaining it. We felt very uncomfortable and I personally felt belittled and anxious with how he pointed in my face to show me something right in front of me. There were also a lot of flies flying around and landing on us. Very poor experience here.

I am so glad that I live within walking distance to this 711. I get the best customer service and they always have vuse pods. The other 2 near me are the worst 711's I have ever used and will never go back. Especially the one at Jupiter and 635. That night employee is the rudest hoodlem and I can't believe 711 would even hire someone like this. It's good to know some franchises are still being ran by decent people these days. My only complaint about this one nearest my house is that the ATM was stolen months ago by smash and grab and they still have not gotten a replacement. They finally repaired all the broken windows and took down the plywood but still not the ATM. Very inconvenient and I hope they will do something about this soon.
