        Went in to get a coffee and its this tiny little counter thats cramped back against the wall. I couldnt even finish making my coffee before I was pushed aside by others because its so small. It was the only place to get coffee before my flight. It tasted awful and I couldnt even get to a lid because they have one small spot for the lids and I couldnt reach them so I spilled it on myself. Horrible experience and its too small for this airport. Dont stop here for coffee.

        Please remind your staff to speak to customers when they approach the registers, ask if there is anything else they need and if they need a receipt. I flew out of terminal E on Frontier going to Cincinnati on 12/22/23 and I stopped in the @ 9:10am. The young lady at the register was just unpleasant.
