I don't have a lot of experience with this Property management group. The customer service I've received lacks compassion, empathy, and basic understanding. This is directed towards Ventura Ridge Apartments.

I’ve been trying to get in contact with a real person from this buisness for 7 months now. Horrible service. They WERE management company for apartment i lived at and the incompetent people they hired wrongfully charged me moving out fees that I did not owe. I’ve been unable to get approved to live anywhere because of this mistake. I’ve left voicemails and emails and I’ve received absolutely no response.

Terrible values for a property management company. If you are googling this property management company is probably for a bad reason. Oh and good luck getting a resolution, they were petty enough to hold me accountable for their staff mistake which is costing me $48. Yes.... they did not want to weave $48 from my final statement that was incurred due to the miss communication from their staff member. Service: Property management
