My husband and I have loved working with and getting to know the guys from Augusta Custom Homes! We bought one of their spec homes and throughout the entire process and even after closing they were extremely helpful in every way!

We recently built an incredible, one-of-a-kind home home with Augusta Custom Homes and we are loving it! Building a fully custom home is a journey, and Augusta took great care of us all along the way. From working on architectural plans to selecting custom finishes, Augusta connected us with high-quality vendors to create a home that is completely personalized to fit our style and our needs. Augusta provided thorough planning and budgeting before the build started, so we were able to stay on target with our timeline and projected costs. Very pleased with the experience, the staff, and most of all, the amazing home that we get to enjoy!

The entire team is amazing from start to finish. Would ever want to use any other builder, we have officially been spoiled on our very first build!

Very disappointed. We had LVP installed throughout our whole home. The installed failed to properly float the floor and our entire house has significant dips and humps throughout. Several boards have broken apart from each other due to the bouncing. The staircase bottom riser is now a full inch shorter than all the other risers (out of code). The top of me staircase slants down. None of my 3 exterior doors are properly sealed. This was attempted to be fixed probably 4 times just by shimming the door and hacking at the locking plate. The door manufacturer himself had to come and once the A team came out, the realized the door was severely warped. The manufacturer (not the builder) is providing a new door. The builder refuses to paint it. Our white kitchen cabinet paint turned yellow within months. They refuse to properly float out floors. The level of craftsmanship, ability to properly identify and repair issues, and overall pride in their work was just incredibly disappointing. We just wanted what we paid for: doors that close and seal; white paint to actually be white; and flat, level, floor without boards popping up.

Having our home built by Augusta has been an incredible journey. From the beginning they make you feel like family. I liked from the beginning their honesty and openness about the process. Chase laid out the process very clearly. Darlene was our "go-to" during the selection scheduling process. Ashley made herself available and was amazing in giving us ideas. And during the build Landon and Taylor(the maestro) were with us every step of the way! I can't say enough about Taylor, if you want it done right you cant find anyone better. Lastly, the trades from Jerry and Chris(plumbers), Keith(Electrician), Franklin(HVAC), Dana(Finance) aka "The Clutch", Charley(Pool & Landscaping) and last but not least Cody(theater room/everything tech) were all incredible. If I could give 10 stars I would. We could not imagine building our dream home with any other team.
