The Retail Connection

The Retail Connection and Shelley Taylor are by far the most unprofessional group of individuals Ive experienced. In love with a property she is currently listing, and has basically ghosted my investors & I immediately after our tour. We expressed how quick we were ready to move and its been crickets since. My realtor reached out to Shelley and she quickly responded, however, continued to ghost me. Looking at the reviews, it seems this brokerage is discriminating against minorities and are purposely unresponsive. Im absolutely reporting this brokerage & realtor to TREC.

Horrible company. I've been trying to reach the listing agent for a property in North Texas for the past 3 weeks. This space has been vacant for over 8 years. Now I see why! These people go and put up their for lease signs, but never return email, phone calls, or texts. When you see this companies sign on any building, stay away. They will not call you back. It's mind boggling.

Thad is probably the most unprofessional inconsiderate "vice president" I've ever spoke to. That's saying a lot. I work with over 300 owners and VP's across the U.S. Not sure how they are in business. I couldn't even get to the application process before this rude guy ruined the deal. I only wish I could give 0 stars for these people and how they deserve to be reviewed. I literally dealt with Mr. Senior Vice President Thad Beckner whos name and number were posted on a commercial property. Thad Beckner Mr. Senior Vice President had me pay for first month rent and deposit as well as sign all paperwork ASAP, little did I realize he was actually helping the landlord commit FRAUD! Thad Beckner and The Retail Connection SCAMMED & DEFRAUDED ME! Check and double check your lease if you had any interactions with these people as they LIE ABOUT SQUARE FOOTAGE BEING LEASED! They added over 1,200 square feet of space that doesnt exist! 1,200 square foot mistake is no joke, theyve DEFRAUDED my business out of more than $25,000!!! When asked to help rectify the situation and make it right, Thad Beckner senior Vice President of the retail connection chose to ignore his obligations and responsibility, he is unreliable and UNTRUSTWORTHY!! You are a Scammer Mr. Senior Vice President, with your leadership I wonder what other criminal activities occur underneath your nose,you should be impeached/fired for dereliction of duty!
