In December 2022 I ordered $119.93 worth of merchandise from this company. They cancelled the order because they couldn't get the merchandise. To this date 4-23 I have been in constant contact with them trying to get my money back!!!All I get us a bunch of run around.What I find extremely irritating is when you call if you get their prerecorded message they are Praising God for so many years of service! I would suggest they reread their Bible! God does NOT LIKE UGLY,

I came to this location looking for Shea butter in large quantities but they did not have it, so I got 3 of the small containers. I also purchased a bar of black soap that had my face feeling so fresh and cleansed. I love the glow and moisture the Shea butter gives my skin. The guy was very nice and knowledgeable of the products and how to use them.

I am writing this from a different account than my own for confidential reasons. I was a loyal customer for a year, until I made a purchase on 12/4 and never received a single email regarding shipment. This company usually takes a while however, Ive sent countless emails to be updated and havent heard back sense. I am aware of delays due to shipping and the holidays but to completely ghost a loyal customer is wrong. I referred a lot of my friends to this place but will do so no longer. They lack ethics and communication skills. Smh
