Fat girl with curly hair who works behind counter around noon always has an attitude. Came into to pick up my DoorDash order on Tuesday & this is the 2nd time she spoke with an attitude as if she dislikes black women. Noticed the way she treated poc as they entered & there was a difference. Seems this place prefers a certain demographic. There are better cafes up the street.

It's a very hostile coffee shop. The service is terrible. Insecure kids working there. Also the drinks are watered down. I had to throw away my matcha latte. Never again. This applies to all the branches by the way.

White Rhino should remember that there are at least five other coffee shops in the area and begin giving their employees customer service classes. We walked in and stood at the counter waiting for someone to help us or maybe even acknowledge us but nothing happened. The guy was making peoples drinks and couldnt take a second to acknowledge us at the counter. When he finally finished with the drinks he was making and headed over to us he barely acknowledged us and asked us what we wanted and when he began to make our drinks he stopped making our drinks to go over and take an order from someone of his skin color (why didnt he do that for us? Or even try to at least say something like thanks for coming I will be right with you). I hate to make this about race but thats all that comes to mind other than he has no customer service knowledge and doesnt care how he treats his customers. I for one will not return to that place nor do I plan on visiting them at any other location. Im giving the service zero stars.
