        Do not purchase Robert Graham belts, they break consistently and they don't stand behind their product. Saleman at NorthPark said his broke also.

        Love their clothing and advise to shop at their store and avoid online orders as they don't ship with insurance so if an order of high end clothing gets lost, you will be the one at fault after multiple attempts of working with their customer support.

        Charlie Lopez is the worst manager and terrible representation of Robert graham. Should be working at Ross or Burlington with that attitude. The general manager is nice. Sad that I wont be shopping here because of this unprofessional worker

        Ken and his associate (that I unfortunately did not get the name of) are extremely personable, helpful, and knowledgeable. This was my first experience purchasing Robert Graham and Im happy it was at this location. My boyfriend and I are from Florida and they informed us of the locations near us, but I almost rather buy and ship from this store :) 8/20/22
