        A hidden gem of a professional in his field. Tucked away behind Ozona's on Greenville. He not only helped relieve chronic neck pain but made it his mission to install new practices and behaviors in me to keep the pain away in the future. He is highly knowledgeable in all areas of his field. Highly recommend.

        I have been seeing Dr. Armstead for almost a year now. He is a wonderful Dr. Who goes beyond just treatment in the office but will also discuss how to improve whatever injury/issue you might have through exercises, stretches, and lifestyle!!

        Ive been to 3 other chiropractors since moving to the city and did not have good experiences. Of course I was skeptical trying yet another chiropractor. Dr. A and I had extensive conversation prior to my booking an appointment with him because I needed to know that I could trust his care. He made me feel comfortable and established that level of trust even before I became a patient. His approach was different from anything I had experienced. He is more than just an adjustment shop; you get explanations, demonstrations, exercises, and massages, if needed. Also appreciate his flexible hours and office schedule for late or Saturday appointments. Great to work with and a good, all around family man. HIGHLY recommend.
