Im so glad I found Dr. Adalie and her practice. She is thorough, listens and gives you exercises to do in between visits, which makes you feel involved in your recovery. You can tell she is very knowledgeable and passionate about what she does. I finally found a truly DIFFERENT chiropractor! Dr. Schmidt blocked off an entire hour for me, unlike most places that are in and out in 15 minutes. She took the time to discuss my issues, explain the different treatment options she had available and perform a thorough readjustment. And it was affordable, hallelujah! Since then i have added cupping , scraping, and muscle activation to my treatments. I have never felt better and will never return to the traditional clinics. If you are in pain and frustrated with your progress, look no further.

More like 360 wellness! I was feeling extremely sore and not able to perform at my full potential, but after the adjustment from Adalie I have been feeling a completely different athlete. This was my first time going to a chiropractor, and I am completely blown away by how great I feel now! My back had been so sore for weeks, and immediately I felt so much better. I was mildly freaked out at all the popping I heard, tbh, but it was so worth it. Im going to start treating myself to an adjustment regularly from now on!
