I went in last month prepared to pay cash. I value chiropractic care and use it preventatively. Intake - Sakeley....got very strange. Owner or Owner's wife was just terrible. They could not agree on a price for a simple adjustment, and when I said I had cash put me into one of the most awkward high-pressure sales I've been subject to. Very, very grabby. When left alone by the owner, the intake person related to me that the owners are being sued by multiple creditors, under IRS investigation, recently lost their house, and that if I paid up front I wouldn't get any treatment, as they were closing the business soon and "retiring." One of the most unpleasant businesses I've ever seen. The staff and owner/owner's wife - whatever - were extremely unprofessional and out of place in a medical atmosphere.

I was in a car wreck December of 2018. My attorney was able to get me in here right away to start therapy. We did x-rays and later was referred out for MRI. I have been going ever since for 3 days a week and just about 2 weeks ago have been going once a week. I have also just had my second round of injections last week and I am feeling so much better compared to when I first started. I am always greeted with a smile when I arrive. I am checked in quickly and start therapy right away after being adjusted. The doctors always answer all of my questions and I never feel like I am being rushed through anything. Jordyn is awesome during therapy. She gets a feel of her patients and can tell when they have had too much. She will make you work hard! But in the same token, not every day you're feeling great and she notices that. She will still do therapy but she can change it up easily for you to something not as intense but assures that you are still getting your therapy in. I never have to question my care when I am here and I actually look forward to my visits! I am so grateful of the rapport my attorney has with this group and that he sent me to the best! I have already recommended some of my family, friends and co-workers to come here! Thanks to their awesome team for being so kind, welcoming, and knowledgable with everything they do!

Complete scam. I specifically wanted to know the cost upfront. They did the x-rays then told me the costs. They made me come in again. Day 1 I asked if the first adjustment was included with the amount I paid on the first day. The front desk said yes. They offer therpy which is 4 wore out massage chairs from the sharper image. When they put the electronic muscle stimulator pads on you . They only use 2 pads the other 2 are for the paient sitting next to you After the very first adjustment they wanted more money said there was misunderstanding when I specifically asked on day one would there be an additional charge on my 2nd visit and they said no. If you have insurance they are milking the insurance company with "therpy". Don't waste your time.
