        Kept me waiting for nearly an hour before finally getting some service. The fellow who finally attended to me (older white male with a moustache, smelled of alcohol) was extremely condescending, patronising and defensive. I wanted clarity on my phone bill and what exactly I was paying for (they know full well these contracts are complicated, that's how they get you to pay through the nose) ... He kept repeating "I don't know how you're not getting what I'm explaining to you". A complete waste of my time. In the market for a new provider.
