Elizabeth Lopez is amazing! I had been having problems with my phone and was being tossed back and forth between insurance claims and other TMobile stores, she was able to resolve my issue in one visit, something they could not do in a month. She was very knowledgeable and patient with me. We truly need more people like her in this world! Thank you a million times Elizabeth!! Have a great holiday.

Definitely the T-mobile experience. Horrible service. Went in here and the 3 workers had no sense of care or urgency. Was waiting 30 minutes to return a wifi device and it seemed like they didn't care to help me because they weren't going to make a buck out of me. One of the workers stood next to me for about 15 minutes, cleaning a lense of a phone case while she was not helping anyone else. I asked her if this was a participating tmobile to return devices, she said "yes, give me a moment" and didn't seem like she wanted to help me. Waste of my time, I drove all the way from coppell after work specifically to get this device returned. Don't come here and waste your time. I wasn't the only one waiting and walking out from them not having any sense of urgency.
