Whoever is working 10/17/24 in the morning has displayed by far the utmost incompetence Ive ever seen in any professional establishment. Sitting down in the back of the store when I walked in. Came in to activate a tablet , told me $25 activation fee when in store it says $5 activation fee , where is the other $20 for ? Then told me they couldnt do it, just lazy and incompetence, I would never be back to this store again, unless its to get my account and transfer number to port out. Terrible service and disappointed customer. Person should honestly be fired

Great customer service! Sam was so helpful with helping me activate my phone. He even spent a good 15-20 mins on the phone with Metro when I couldn't do the two step authentication with my damaged phone. Highly recommend this location.
