I had an exceptional experience at 221 w Jefferson Blvd ! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They took the time to understand my needs and guided me through the best options for a new phone. The store itself was clean, well-organized, and welcoming. I appreciated the transparent pricing and the seamless checkout process. Overall, I couldnt be happier with my purchase, and I highly recommend 221 jeff to anyone in need of a new phone. (in short they tried to scamm me) so i go into the store no one at the front at all i could of walked in stole something then walked out. tried calling out 3 times before i got a response from a guy came out the back. i tell him what i want wich is the samsung A35 he say oo sorry not in stock. i said ok ill look somewhere else. he then stated he would call another location to see if they have it. he calls the "other location". he then goes into the back and brings out 4 different phones 3 are motorola hes very insistant that i buy it i tell him no. he says ok so for the samsung A35 its going to be $650 just for the phone . it clearly says on their display $400 (i also did my rearch and its $400+tax). he says thats for new customers. again their display says otheriwse. go down the street to the other store i bought the phone, phone case and a screen protector for $550 basically guy was trying to scam $100+ (screen protector and case).

I highly recommend this store, bought a knew phone and was satisfied with the service and kind nature Elish our sales person was to us.
