As always, the T-Mobile store is super busy. You have to wait quite a while to get help. However, the store associates are friendly and helpful and do everything they can to get you the best deal.

Ladies and Gentlemen! If you need to come to a T Mobile location, make sure you visit this one and ask for Wendy!She has a great attitude with a great smile. She is professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable and will make sure that you leave the store a satisfied customer.

I walked into the T-Mobile store prepared for battle my account had been switched without my knowledge and the pay plan that I was on did not reflect my actual credits within store. Immediately Celeste, took charge, step forward and took responsibility for rectifying the situation. Along with a co-worker Wendy, they called customer service and got my program on the correct one.This level of customer service is much higher than what I've come to expect from my previous experience with t-mobile. If this store keeps up this level of service. They may just turn me around into being a true believer. Huge kudos to the staff and employees of store #9930!
