        I was browsing online for a supplier of an incense I desperately need for my business and they asked if I sell online, which I responded I do, who doesnt?! Almost every business needs to sell online as well to generate profits ans stay afloat in todays economy. Well, they said they are not entertaining online sellers and refused to help. I have never had a business turn away a customer like this. A lot of us are hard working business owners trying to grow and find solid suppliers and it is shameful to turn down potential customers like this. I am truly shocked. If you choose not to sell online, deactivate your website or add a note that you are not taking any new customers but to turn back a customer that will be purchasing from you frequently and establish more loyalty and profit doesnt make sense in my book. Re-evaluate your business model because the way things are going, everyone is expanding to online especially post-pandemic. It will all come down to loyalty and customer service which is how I have been able to build my business Good luck.

      Hi - Thanks for your message, and I understand and often share in your frustration. Our flat policy to reject online sellers has to do with 2 important factors: 1.) Many online sellers are the run-of-the-mill drop shipping type which often ask us for an entire product catalog and pricing, only to create chaos in the online marketplace. Since we are a B2B business, our interest is aligned with helping our retail customers succeed with quality products and pricing that makes sense. 2.) We have to honor contracts by channel (Brick & mortar Retail: Convenience Stores & Smoke Shops & Tiendas All Kinds) from our own suppliers as well. Many of the larger side suppliers have become very wise to online sales, and have separated the online channel from our task of distribution. There are still some brands which allow us to service, but we made the decision based on reasons 1 & 2 combined for our policy.Our website and app remain active to service active accounts with Tax ID' s in their respective states for our whole inventory to be available to them.I understand that these answers may not be sufficient or satisfying in any way. But I will go one step further to ask you to send us an email with your phone number to [email protected] and I will give you a call to find out if we can service you if not with one brand of products within the incense category, then another.ThanksRavi's Import Warehouse
