        I interviewed with Martin Marietta on the phone where I informed the interviewer that I had a construction background but no experience in aggregate materials. He assured me that would not be an issue and invited me to their 1503 LBJ location for a face to face interview with two other Martin Marietta employees. During the interview (literally the first 4 min) one of the employees said "why are you here? You have no experience with aggregate materials". I mentioned that I brought that exact same detail to the attention of the person interviewing me on the phone just 3 days ago. The man just shrugged and said "well lets get this interview over with" Needless to say, Management at Martin Marietta is clueless, to prove my point, before this review they had all 5's for their reviews. Don't work here, they are very disrespectful people. In 40 years of interviewing for employment I have never been treated so poorly.
