I loved my entire experience at Raya Grace Bridal! The store is just beautiful, tucked away in a great part of Dallas. The people who work there are very knowledgeable and fashion-savvy in addition to being warm and kind. It's exactly the environment you'd want. My dress was a dream come true and I felt absolutely beautiful. I highly recommend Raya Grace Bridal.

They took down my past review! Not sure how they were able to get my review removed since everything I stated was a fact. They never responded and will not answer calls. They took my money and never ordered my dress.. just like everyone is stating. I spoke with a bride last week who had no idea. She was able to reach out to the designer and they confirmed the her dress was never ordered. The owners do not care about your big day and will lie to you until the last second, knowing there is no way you will receive your dress. It is so sad what they are doing and what they have done. Let's hope this review doesn't get removed because they are trying everything they can to hide the truth.
