I debated about writing this but people need to know what they are walking into, a big stressful mess if you come here!! Owner is very disorganized, and will definitely hang up on u or ignore u if you confront her about her short comings..One of the worst experiences ever!! I bought my daughters crown, dress, and the doll dress from here. She told me the doll dress would be just like my daughters dress and come with the doll crown, WRONG!! It didnt come with the crown and the doll dress looked nothing like my daughters dress, it was ugly, she threw something together because she waited until the last minute to do it, she only redid it bc she thought she wasnt going to get paid, she didnt even remember I had paid everything in full, imagine if she remembered she probably wouldnt have redid the dress and it still wasnt of great quality but I had no choice bc the event was that weekend.I had to show her my receipt on more than one occasion bc she does not keep track of things, shes all over the place, just very inconsistent..She even confused me with another client, and told me she needed jewls for the dress to finish it, I bought them just for her to use on someone elses dress, again just a mess..Save yourself the stress and go somewhere else!!

Horrible service!! Owner is absolutely rude and very sneaky .. I ordered a cape with daughters quince dress she never placed the order, in February I ordered a package of a quince set to combine with the dress and she never placed the order .. I went this past Tuesday and nothing was ready .. and she tried to raise the price we had already established because she failed to write anything down luckily I had text messages to amount we had agreed on .. and when I called her and told her not to worry about the package set because it was obvious that it was not going to be ready by Saturday she was absolutely rude and kept hanging up on me and never answered my calls, she never let me speak ..and I was in disgust when my daughter went to pick up the dress with her dad she continued to be rude about it again.. please dont stop here Im sure no one ever wants to experience this .. and if you do please keep receipts and records of everything because she will act like the victim..
