Please do not patronize this business!! I called today because I googled eye brow threading and this business came up first. I asked Laura if she threads eyebrows. She said no.I said well you number is associated with Laura the brow queens website . She said I dont know what to tell you. I believe she picked up by my African American voice and lied! Her website says shes been nominated for several awards for eyebrows yet you tell me you dont do them!!! Please dont patronize this sad case! I will be reporting her to the news outlets and putting up a yelp review!!!!!!

You should really read the salon owners response to some past customers leaving reviews. Wow. I have never been here and I know now I will never go. Honestly the past clientele reviews don't scare me away, it is the owners completely unprofessional response to some people who have left a review that I find unnerving. Accusing past clientele of personal attacks because they left an honest review that the Brow Queen doesn't like. I have never seen replies from owners to reviewers like this. I'm sure this salon is good but whoever is writing replies to reviewers needs an intervention for real.

Laura has a room in a salon space very close to North Park mall. She confirms most of her appointments via text. In the past I've just casually decided to add on a brow wax while getting nails done or something. These are not great but they do the job. I've never thought it through but I'm glad I've finally decided to go to a professional because I love her work. In my opinion she changed my face for the better. It's very clear Laura knows exactly what she's doing. Just a small warning - she is not one to mince words. She will say exactly what she's thinking which might come off as rough in certain contexts but she really does mean well and wants fabulous brows for all. Protip she accepts cash only (or venmo as a back up but absolutely not preferred).

Laura is a super impressive business owner but I didnt love my brows. Im only occasionally in Dallas and I 100% respect her process however my eyebrows were slightly too thin when she was done. That being said she knows what shes doing and it all comes down to preference! I actually would recommend Laura but she does what she thinks is best for your eyebrows so its a bit less customized. However, if you dont know what to do with your brows shes the lady for you. I would recommend for someones first eyebrow waxing!

I read all of Laura's reviews and I should've listen to the one star. I'm telling you you need to run for the hills. I cannot vouch for what kind of work she does as she never followed through. I had micro blading done (at another place) and I needed my eyebrows evened out. I paid a $55 consult fee and we agreed she would do the work a few days later. She is pushy and a product pusher. Her website gives the illusion of a really nice place and its nothing like her actual location. She has marketed herself well. Two nights before my scheduled appointment I decided I might want to change things and take a little more off of both brows. After a series of 5 or 6 text messages I realized that just keeping our original plan would be best, To which she responded "she was sorry she could no longer help me." I'm assuming because I was back and forth on exactly what i wanted which should be normal considering my eyebrows just got permanently tattooed and according to her I have two weeks to decide what I want before the color sets in. So now I am stuck with a $50 product I do not need and a $55 consult fee that got me nowhere. I asked her to please refund money on the unused product and half of the consult fee at least and she never responded. I recommend calling zap-it med spa and laser center if you're needing Micro blade removal!!! Laser removal is much better anyway, she was going to use tools that I now know could have left me scarred. I wish I had called around!
