This woman is a superstar. The best customer service I have ever encountered. She makes you feel like a queen not to mention the slaying of the brows. She is worth every single penny!!!!!!! I decided to finally proceed with my training with Frances and right off the bat she taught me the proper way to shade and educated me on the techniques necessary to get that amazing blend! The best instructor out there she knows what shes doing 100%, she guides you and never makes you feel bad about any mistakes! With her theres no mistakes theres IMPROVEMENT!
