Rebecca (Becca) cut my hair and literally cut the top of my left and right ear. She said to stop cutting my hair and clean it from bleeding and then keep nicking my ear after she already cut it. In 30 years Ive never had a barber cut my ear , she cut both of my ears during same hair cut. I have pictures of my ears to show.

I've uses several of the boardrooms across DFW area. I recently moved and began using this location. 3/9/2024, I booked an appointment and ended up with the worst haircut ever. I've had better cuts from supercuts. The quality of the stylist have steadily declined since I began using and the prices have gone up steadily. You would be much better served with a Floyd's or similar barbershop. I would never recommend this location and question whether I would consider others.

I felt pretty uncomfortable by the person cutting my hair. It's one thing to have conversation with someone but to get extremely personal as if they're your therapist is another thing. Be respectful of boundaries. For example, she asked where my family was. I said I don't talk to family and that I live alone, I left it at that for a reason, if I wanted to say more I would've. It's extremely inappropriate to ask why. I just said it's personal. Then on another note to say that I looked like I needed sleep is extremely inappropriate. I'm sure the person cutting my hair didn't mean any harm in what she was saying but we need to be cautious and respectful of what we're saying and how it may affect your clients. On another hand, Tara up front was extremely nice, down to earth, passionate, and personable. Of course I still left my barber a good tip because you should ALWAYS tip well but I'm going to keep searching for a different one.
