Strouderosa enchiladas are mouth watering delicious. Plenty of meat swimming in cheese sauce, they're great. Anything on the menu will amaze you!
This is a new BBQ joint in Lake Highlands that is a great addition to our near by eating choices. (It's close to Tom Thumb on Skillman.

The service, sides, plating, and atmosphere were all nice, but the brisket was not melty hot or as tasty as I've had elsewhere. I didn't see them slice the meat and didn't see any smoker on site.

Top 5 BBQ in Texas ... or eventually will be. Closest thing to gourmet BBQ I've had in Texas. A lot of their unique sides are not what you usually get at BBQ joints. The portions are substantial. Their moist brisket and pork ribs are heavenly. I sat there for a good 5-10 minutes just thinking about what I just ate. Food was not oily and didn't make me feel bloated after my visit. I can't say enough nice things about the food and hospitality. I'm bringing friends next time though :D
