Anita welcomed me and was so kind and helpful, even though they were short staffed, she made an effort to help me when she got a free second. I really appreciated that since I didn't have a lot of time. Thanks Anita!

Banker Jafa and branch manager Cody lied about a date change for eligibility of the PPP program through Wells Fargo. Had me come in and open a new business account with a $10/mo fee telling me having this account would allow me to apply for the PPP as an independent contractor. As soon as the account was open and I couldn't apply online, THEN Jafa says I'm ineligible. For the record, I'm eligible through the SBA, Wells Fargo is just arbitrarily creating their own rules. I've since been able to apply through a bank I've never done business with. I've been with Wells for 15 years. NO MORE AFTER THIS!
