        I found the tellers to be very friendly and courteous. I wish there was a walk up ATM tho instead of having to stand in the car lane.

        What a huge waste of time. These people dont have a clue how to help you, they only know the right excuses to give you to make you leave. They couldnt help me with anything I needed. I went to a smaller different bank and they helped me out no problems at all. Chase is a JOKE.

        NO homeless people as noted. All very friendly and super quick service. They did not hold my money either like others described.In fact the charge for a cashiers check was the least I've ever paid.
