Incredibly pushy with their credit cards. I clearly stated FOUR times that I was not interested to the manger. Afterwards, another staff member said Im not going to push credit cards then continued to push it. After I clearly stated not being interested. Their priorities are clear. Im glad I am done with what I needed. I will not return to this branch.

In the middle of a HELOC going on week 5 and theyre still fiddling around with the appraisal. I owe $199k, ESTIMATED my property at $390k for application purposes and their appraisal came back at $466k. The underwriter told me Im padding the value and ordered a full inspection inside and out of my property. I could see if the appraisal came in under but it was $76k over with a 43% CLTV and I'm still being hassled. UNBELIEVABLE

I've walked in probably 6 or 7 times in the last year and either they can't help me or no one is available to help me. The BBVA branch on Mockingbird was far superior and it's too bad that great staff lost their branch to this one.

BBVA sucks so bad I'll try to do a deposit today they apparently sold a bunch of locations all the ones close to my office to PNC without letting any of their customers know I went to five locations without being able to make a deposit I'll be closing the council switch it to someone else
