        Horrible call wait time is so long, get to talk to someone and then transferred to a different person then their phone disconnects !!!! Cant get my card to work will not allow me to reset password!!!!!!

        worse card ive ever dealt with,impossible to reach are they even leagle?ive had a brain anurizum and trying to speak to a human is impossible.something is taking money off my card for months and i dont know who they are but i cant reach this direct exspress bank
