Ive only been to this branch twice, today being my second time. I dont have an account there, but the company I work for does, so I usually get my check cashed there because its convenient. While Im not familiar with the company policy that if you dont have an account there, then you have to come into the lobby to have a checked cashed (even though the company I work for does hold an account). What made the experience a 1 star experience was the impoliteness of the employee. It wasnt warranted in any way whatsoever. Thats all.

Rosemary is very racist unprofessional and do not know the procedures of cashing payroll checks. She had me to speak with a security officer over the phone while out in the open where everyone could hear our conversation he asked me where I worked what I do and why didnt I have a bank account. After speaking with my payroll department Rosemary determined that the check was accurate and real and cashed the check after taking me through all those questions. I also heard telling other coworkers she knows that person release the hold off of their check in the drive thru but because she didnt knowShe did not apologize and was upset that she was wrong and didnt know how to verify a payroll check. I will be filing a discrimination complaint today. Rosemary needs additional training
