Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

Doesnt actually have a drive thru its been closed forever and this bank continues to be the worst bank Ive ever gone to Staff is never trained and they never have change not even at the business window

Gerardo was very kind and understanding and helpful. We went through a very tough situation but he calmed us down and listened to our concerns and then found the best way to help us. I am very thankful for his help. And the young lady in the counter was very kind and supportive. She tried to help us as much as she could at the time that the other lady was not even looking at us.

After sold my car Tried to Deposit a check that was On my name (OR) my Wife name . The Cashier refuse to deposit the check because needs to go to a joint account. This is not true. I'm impressed how bank of America has become one of the worst banks in US. The training that they provide to the employees is null and costumer service is 0 . Please try to avoid this bank and this location.

I am a client of the Bank of America for more then 20 years and I never had such a horrible experience as today, my cousin misplaced his reading glasses and he call to the bank this morning and the gentleman who answered the phone say he has his reading glasses; my cousin wasnt feeling well so his send an email and a phone call explained to him give the glasses to me, when I was at this brunch I ask for the person who has the glasses and the manager of the branch was at the door, he say his the manager and he treated me extremely unprofessional and rude , he didnt not let me explain why I was there , he just repeated I am the manager in a horrible and rude way . I think his name is hector , this person should not has that position, he does not represent the Bank of America of this branch , he was very rude , how he treated a client like that , so I have to go back and bring my cousin when he wast feeling well, when we when there, they didnt have the glasses, what a mess is this place . What an aggravations experience this has been .
