Araceli helped me as soon as I walked in the door. I had an issue with another branch earlier in the day where I was referred to telephone customer service who then told me to go back into a branch because they couldnt help me over the phone Araceli listened and provided excellent customer service. Not all branches are created equal. Its the people inside of the branches that makes all the difference in the world! Thank you for helping me!!!

Great location, been with them for years, but THEY CAN NOT ANSWER PHONES TO SAVE THEIR LIVES. Dont even brother calling.
