i been there on tuesday to make cash deposit $4000 throw the atm machin wich is lockated inside the bank after i put the mony inside the machine it start counting after that it show me to confirm the amount put before i confirm the machin completly turn off look like no power i ask the banker to see it and check the camera it will show the amount on the screen they say we cant do any things you have to call to make the claim to write now after 5 days no one care about my issues 3/19/2024

I just left the bank now and I was highly helped by Mrs Alma and Shive. I thank yall for being patient and efficient with me. Mrs Alma was able to solve my issue.

Unbelievable when you pay monthly fees and there is only one bank teller working. Line currently is at least 12 people long. At some point you would think issues like this could be resolved over several years. There is no customer service anymore, they just tell you to use the app. They dont care. What is the point anymore. Welcome to the new world and economic decline. Just sad!
