I took my 2004 Chrysler Pacifica to City Auto Clinic because I was feeling a bump every time I accelerated from a stop. I also needed a transmission fluid service. They quickly found that the reason for the bump was because my motor mounts were bad. While they were looking around under the car, they also noticed that my front tie-rod ends had a lot of slack in them. They warned me that this could be unsafe, and recommended that I replace those as well. They replaced the motor mounts and the tie-rod ends, performed the transmission fluid and filter service, and got me back on the road with no hassle.
